Why not call us right now?

Hizentra (immune globulin) is prescribed for the treatment of primary humoral immunodeficiency (PI), a condition where the immune system is unable to produce enough antibodies to fight off infections effectively. This causes individuals with PI to experience recurrent, severe, and/or unusual infections.

Hizentra can also be used to treat secondary immunodeficiencies (SID) in people who have severe or reoccurring infections that have not responded well to treatments and are unable to produce certain antibodies as well as chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), a rare disease where the immune system works abnormally and destroys the protective covering over the nerves.

As an immune globulin product, Hizentra provides a supplemental source of antibodies to help support the immune system in individuals with PI. It contains antibodies derived from human plasma, contributing to the patient's immune defenses.
