Inflectra (infliximab-dyyb) is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis (UC). Inflectra also treats plaque psoriasis and ankylosing spondylitis

Inflectra attaches to a chemical messenger in the body called tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha). This messenger causes inflammation and is found at elevated levels in patients with the diseases that Inflectra is used to treat. By blocking TNF-alpha, Inflectra reduces inflammation and other symptoms of diseases.
