Zilbrysq (zilucoplan) is used to treat adults with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), a disease that leads to muscle weakness and tiredness. Generalized myasthenia gravis is caused by harmful antibodies in your immune system that can cause muscle cell damage, interrupting signals between nerves and muscles at the neuromuscular junction.
